FULL CASE STUDY OF COVID19

A case study of covid19

Since 2nd January 2020 we've already spent a long time with this pandemic . And the number of affected person reached 35 lacks+ all around the world till the date ,and more than 3 lacks people have already lost the war against the pandemic.

India is also struggling with the pandemic . Here we get another stat against the pandemic.  More than 1.4 billion people country have suffered with more than 3.5 lacks patients and 7500+ death . But the great news is  the health care industry provides a good job with close to 50% recovery rate till date . But when the lockdown comes to an end the graph line turns towards the pick . And rise the number of affected person. And it is also notable that there is no community spread in the 1.4 billion country.

what is the precaution untill the vacine came into the market ??
We've to used musk  everywhere to get protection and washing hand properly in every 2 to 3 hours regularly . And using hand sanitizer.
But in case if you are affected  you've to go to the doctor without any fear and obey your doctors word . And atlast serious about social distancing able to give us the proper security.

Why more than 3.5+ people losses their life due to this virus ?
We have two types of immunity system,  one provide by our body and another we have to take form outside like polio virus .
In this case our body is fell to provide the immunity  against covid19 then we should recognize the vaccination.
But one authority takes nearly 1 year to make the vaccine  due to the trail after composing the  formula.
And within the period of the time the virus spread all around the world.  And so many many people  affected  by this so the medical system of the respective countries turn down and people doesn't get proper treatment for the disease. So as a result  so many people losses their lives

Where are we the Indians?
We the Indians right behind the American and brazil with the affected person . So this is the vital stage for us . We the Indians make the graph line trun down with proper social distancing and using musk .
Where the recovery rate of our country  is more than 50% and number of affected person is 48% where nearly about 2%people losses the war against the pandemic all around the country .
But Mumbai and Delhi are badly affected.
Where Mumbai has nearly reached 80000+ patient , there delhi has nearly 45000 patient.
And both of the states  became the headache of the country ,right now .

What should we do and don't?

We have to maintain social distance , using face musk and try to use face shield . And don't try to fell sputum anywhere  .

Choosing the option between fibula plate and nail

Fibula is the secondary bone of our leg which connects knee to ankle along aside tibia as a secondary part .  It usually  broke along aside tibia as an evidence of major accident  There is two option to fix it .  Firstly we are choosing  about fibula nail as a simple procedure .  Surgeon needs only a pliers and nail after creating a port according to its position to fix it under the guidance of c arm .  If Surgeon go for here need to open the fracture to fix plate on the area . And needs for clam k wire and other nessary things to fix the fracture.   Why the options?  Surgeon choose the options according to the fracture  , if the fracture line goes vertically ways or the both part of fibula resting perfectly and doesn't dislocated from its own  position  , surgeon goes for nail fixation.   If the fracture is not showing properly in x ray and both end of the bone misplaced after the injury or fracture line...
